What is InVallecamonica.it |

InVallecamonica.it is a project backed by a pool of local
boards (Consorzio delle Pro Loco Camuno - Sebine), whose main goal is to make
every useful info on Valle Camonica available on the Net.
The project is realized thanks to different financial
backing. 50% of the expenses related to the coverage of the area from Piancogno
to Ponte di Legno come from the EU, through the G.A.L. of Valle Camonica. The
G.A.L. disposed that the EU funds coming from the plan Leader II should cover
the project Action 10 - teleinformation system and the area from Piancogno to
Ponte di Legno is included in the area Leader II.
The Consorzio delle Pro Loco Camuno - Sebine opted to
financially backing an extent to the project, to cover a broader area, from the
Southern Valle Camonica to the Northern side of the lake, Lago d'Iseo. This
independent decision has many reasons: the geographical location of the
different boards referring to the pool Consorzio delle Pro Loco Camuno - Sebine,
the common history and common culture of Valle Camonica as a whole, and the goal
to offer a full range of options to every tourist. Not many areas on the Italian
Alps can offer as much as Valle Camonica.
